How will I receive my cross stitch-charts / books / kits?
All cross-stitch charts will be delivered by digital download once you
have successfully completed payment via PayPal (see guide below). Physical
items such as books and cross-stitch kits will be shipped to your address.
And yes, it's okay to mix both digital downloads and physical items in
one order; they will simply be processed accordingly.
How does the digital download order process work?
- Add the charts you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, then
checkout by clicking "proceed to payment". You will be transferred to
PayPal's secure payment screen.
- Complete payment via PayPal, either by entering your card details
(a PayPal account isn't necessary), or by logging into your PayPal account
if you have one. Then, if you are not returned automatically, click
where it says to return to this website.
- Your unique download code and download page link will now be displayed
on the screen. Make a note of your code (which will be valid for 14 days), click the download link, and
enter your download code. You may now download each of your purchased
charts directly.
In addition to being displayed on the screen once you've returned from PayPal,
your unique download code and download page link will ALSO be sent to your
PayPal email address. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive this email, please
check inside your junk mail folder before getting in touch.
NB. In rare instances, if PayPal has not yet fully verified your payment,
you may have to wait a while before your download code becomes active.
